Children's Storytime
(First Sunday of each month, 10:00 AM)
Join us for our monthly Storytime on the first Sunday of each month from 10–11:30 AM! Each session highlights a different virtue—such as kindness, courage, or gratitude—through thoughtfully chosen stories that spark imagination and conversation. We’ll also welcome special guest readers throughout the year to share their favorite books and perspectives.
Every Storytime includes a take-home craft or activity that reinforces the theme, so the learning (and fun!) continues at home. No reservation is required. Caregivers must remain with children. We can’t wait to see you there!
Democracy in America Reading Club
(Third Tuesday of the month, 10:00 AM)
We are excited to announce a monthly deep reading group in collaboration with our sister organization, Athina Education. Together, we will explore excerpts from Alexis de Tocqueville’s influential work, Democracy in America, which was first published in 1835. This important text offers a unique perspective on American culture and ideals as viewed by an outsider. Join us for engaging discussions and insights!
Silent Book Group
(Second Thursday of each month, 6:00 p.m.)
Join our monthly Silent Book Group for a unique take on the classic book club! Bring your favorite book and enjoy 45 minutes of uninterrupted silent reading, followed by a relaxed social hour with fellow readers. Share your current read if you wish, and connect with a community of book lovers. Whether you're a seasoned reader or looking to rekindle your love for books, this group is perfect for you!
